We always start by setting up a power of attorney to obtain the necessary information from your current insurance company, such as policies and claims information. This means that our customers don\u2019t have to go digging for all their insurance documents themselves. During this process, we gain a full overview of your current insurance portfolio. Together, we then decide whether it meets your wishes and needs, and how the prices match the coverage and risk profile you would like to have.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

Our work begins with a thorough analysis of your company’s situation. On a tour of your company, we\u2019ll talk about your values, risk profile, sales, production, warehouse, premises and everything in between. We collect all the data and information you have, including your current insurance policies, and thoroughly familiarise ourselves with your gains and pains, opportunities, challenges, and current business and market situation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

THE INSURANCE DESIGN STRINGS IT ALL TOGETHER<\/h3>

From the analysis, we put together an Insurance Design based on your risk profile. For example, should you opt for a 1-, 3- or 5-year agreement? How big should your deductible be? Are there areas where you would rather be self-insured, e.g. with IT insurance? It\u2019s all about getting the best value for money \u2013 meaning the best coverage at the best prices. Now and in the future. During our work on the Insurance Design, we also analyse the supply in the market, and often come up with preventive suggestions and proposals for new initiatives. We don\u2019t work with prefabricated solutions, as we know companies all have different needs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

INSURANCE OFFERS FROM THE BEST PROVIDERS<\/h3>

We prepare a tender based on the Insurance Design, which we send to four to six selected insurance companies. They then send their offers, which we negotiate. We will then typically select the best three or four offers and present them to our customer. An important part of our work is continuously monitoring and adjusting our customers\u2019 plans and coverage in view of societal and market developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we monitor, we are constantly evaluating whether you still have the best insurance plan, as insurance companies often launch new products or update existing policies. Collecting and processing data takes time and requires a good general overview as well as a structured approach \u2013 but it sure is worth it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another advantage of monitoring the market is that we are regularly invited and briefed by insurance companies when they launch new ideas and products. This means we are always up to date with new opportunities and products. In recent years, there has been an increased focus on insurance policies in the area of IT security and cyber attacks, where a lot is happening at the moment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When we say we are your insurance advisors, we take it quite literally. So we also like to recommend measures that can prevent damage. There\u2019s no need to take unnecessary risks, which is why we use our experience to come up with great ideas to prevent damage, burglary or vandalism.
