We are looking for a skilled insurance broker assistant for our team. You are positive and have a good amount of energy, and if you can see yourself in a young and growing insurance brokerage company, then you might be our new colleague.
We are experiencing tremendous development, where with knowledge, good negotiation skills and overview and, not least, good customer service based on digital tools, we make it easier for our customers to understand and get an overview of their insurance portfolios.
As an insurance broker assistant with us, you get an exciting job with responsibility and opportunities. Your tasks are wide-ranging, and you will be allowed to grow with the tasks, which is why it is important that you are both a team player and an enthusiastic person who can work on your own.
You have experience in insurance administration for business customers. You become, in collaboration with the responsible insurance broker, the very core of the service team, which creates security and an overview for our customers.
Your assignments
- Daily support of the customer with e.g. easier claim processing, renewal or correction of policies and invoice handling
- Daily contact with insurance companies
- Control of policies and collections
- Preparation and adaptation of insurance overviews and policies
- Preparation of offer comparison and decision presentation
- Handling injuries
- Obtaining offers for insurance products
Your qualifications

- Good communication skills both orally and in writing

- You are educated in the insurance industry with the relevant modules at FOAK
You are familiar with the Office package and master the Excel functions. You are generally good at IT, and want to get even better
